Olseth Family Foundation

Cheryl Olseth and her siblings, Jon and Karen, created the Olseth Family Foundation to honor their parents’ legacy as philanthropists and generously caring people. Together they make decisions on funding organizations within four “pillars” aligned with the foundation’s goal of improving communities: Arts, Education, Environment, and the Underserved.

In 2016, the foundation engaged Alloy to create a website with a two-fold purpose; highlight and create an archive of the projects they were funding and provide a way to internally manage grant requests, which had been challenging as each sibling lived in a different city. The current olsethfamilyfoundation.org is the second iteration of the site, redesigned in 2020 with filterable archives, custom fields for easy content management, and a more robust back-end for grant request management. Alloy continues to host the site.
